Responsibilities:
- Drive access, demand, and strategic growth for Takeda’s Hematology portfolio across assigned geography and key accounts.
- Achieve sales targets/MBO goals via territory and account strategy execution.
- Build and execute territory/strategic account plans, including stakeholder mapping and QBRs.
- Serve as primary Hematology KAM for key accounts; intermediary with institutional and non-acute customers.
- Drive formulary/protocol/pathway access by engaging clinical, pharmacy, payer/medical policy, operations, and financial stakeholders.
- Maintain account knowledge (reimbursement, inventory, procurement, access barriers) and deliver QBR insights.
- Analyze data to inform strategy and optimize resources across sites of care.
- Develop disease state and product expertise; act as credible clinical/business resource.
- Identify and cultivate KOL relationships to advance protocols/standards of care.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure aligned compliant customer engagement.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals (or equivalent specialty healthcare role experience).
- Experience in account management/territory ownership/complex customer management.
- Strong knowledge of hematology/hospital/IDN landscape.
- Experience supporting/executing product launches in complex healthcare settings.
- Experience developing/executing account plans aligned to corporate objectives.
- Working knowledge of payer access/reimbursement/managed care dynamics.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Reside within or near assigned geography.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Acute demand experience in institutional settings.
- Buy-and-bill and specialty pharmacy collaboration experience.
- Advanced degree.
- Experience influencing C/D-suite and senior clinical leaders.

Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel Requirements:
- Ability to drive/fly; occasional overnight travel up to 25–50%.

Training Requirements:
- Completion of mandatory product training (written/oral exams).
