Position: Key Account Manager (KAM) β€” hospital-based/integrated sites of care territory role (Hoboken, NJ) focused on launching and selling innovative products in assigned institutional accounts (including IDNs and alternate infusion sites). Educate clinicians to improve institutional formulary access and appropriate utilization. Pull through contracts and facilitate account/clinician access. Follow the hospitalized patient journey and call on LTACHs and home infusion companies as needed.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Increase product access and sales via institutional formulary approval and customer education.
- Secure protocol placement and ensure products are in EMR systems.
- Build relationships with infusion sites, LTACHs, and home infusion companies.
- Develop territory/account plans to grow utilization, formulary access, and customer base.
- Align solutions/messaging/stakeholders to maximize account performance.
- Maintain relationships with KOLs and hospital stakeholders (physicians, medical staff, pharmacies).
- Plan/implement hospital-oriented education forums.
- Partner with hospital treatment committees to include products in disease-state protocols.
- Facilitate continuity of care via discharge protocols/orders and reimbursement alignment.
- Coordinate with Sales, Medical Affairs, National Accounts, Marketing, and Sales Admin on opportunities, formulary changes, and pull-through.

Skills & Requirements:
- Proven hospital environment sales track record in territory/accounts.
- Recent acute care or integrated sites of care sales experience.
- Ability to create alternate sites of care; understand buy-and-bill.
- Experience launching new products/solutions in hospital/account settings.
- Self-starter; works independently and in a team; manages shifting priorities.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and prioritization.
- Learn and apply technical product knowledge.
- Work in matrix environment; build relationships with diverse customers.
- Provide proof of childhood immunizations, negative TB test, and other credentialing requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 7 years related pharmaceutical sales/marketing/training.
- Minimum 3 years in an account selling role in a hospital/account ecosystem.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; travel as needed.
- Preferred: Buy/Bill and Home Infusion experience.
- Preferred: Acute Care, Infectious Disease, and/or Hemodialysis hospital experience.

Travel: Frequent day-to-day travel expected.
