POSITION: Key Account Manager (KAM) (Hospital-based or integrated sites of care-based). Manage key accounts across the Hoboken, NJ territory, launching and selling innovative products within assigned institutional accounts (including IDNs and alternate infusion sites). Educate clinicians on clinical benefits to improve formulary access and appropriate utilization. Pull through contracts and facilitate account/clinician access; follow the hospitalized patient journey and call LTACHs and home infusion companies as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Increase product access and sales by navigating institutional formulary approvals and educating customers on appropriate use.
- Secure product placement on account protocols and ensure products are in EMR systems.
- Build relationships with infusion sites, LTACHs, and home infusion companies.
- Develop territory/account plans to grow utilization, formulary access, and customer base.
- Align solutions, messaging, and stakeholders to maximize account performance.
- Maintain relationships with opinion leaders and hospitals (physicians, medical staff, pharmacies).
- Plan and implement hospital-oriented education forums.
- Partner with hospital treatment committees to include products on disease-state protocols.
- Support continuity of care for discharging patients via discharge protocols/orders and approved reimbursement resources.
- Coordinate with Sales, Medical Affairs, National Accounts, Marketing, and Sales Administration.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS (Required):
- Proven hospital-environment sales track record in assigned territory/accounts.
- Recent acute care hospital or integrated sites of care sales experience.
- Ability to create alternate sites of care.
- Understand buy-and-bill market; launch new products/solutions into hospitals.
- Self-starter; independent and team-based; effective under pressure.
- Strong project management and ability to prioritize/multitask.
- Ability to work in a matrix and build relationships; learn technical product knowledge.
- Provide proof of childhood immunizations and negative TB test per hospital credentialing.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- 7+ years pharmaceutical sales/marketing/training experience.
- 3+ years in an account selling role in a hospital/account ecosystem.
- Valid driverโ€™s license, clean driving record.
- Travel as needed for territory relationships, conferences, and meetings.
- Preferred: Buy/Bill and Home Infusion experience; acute care, infectious disease, and/or hemodialysis hospital experience.

EXEMPT/NON EXEMPT: Exempt | TRAVEL: Field-based with frequent day-to-day travel expected.
