Role Summary
The Key Account Executive for Da Nang is responsible for territory and key account management, driving in-market sales growth across all channels, and developing strategic plans aligned with Takeda Vaccine business and brand strategy. The role involves building and nurturing long-term relationships with key customers, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and executing commercial activities to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Territory and Key Account Management: Take full accountability for in-market sales volume and growth rate across all channels and customers in the territory.
- Identify key customers and growth drivers within the territory and develop an actionable plan to grow the territory in alignment with Vaccine BU strategy and brand plan.
- Develop Joint Corporation Plan (JCP) with key customers (VNVC, Long Chau) and other assigned key accounts within the territory.
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and partners, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions with excellence.
- Collaborate with peers in Field force, brand team, brand activator, and medical (MSL) to ensure One-Takeda image and One voice to KOLs and HCPs across channels nationwide.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Management: Be the key contact point organizing two-way communication between the company and clients for information sharing and coordination in product deployment to the market, including product knowledge training and availability management.
- Identify key stakeholders in the territory and work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts aligned with Takeda Vaccine business and brand strategy.
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for external stakeholders including KOLs, HCPs, HCOs, CDCs, hospitals, Institutes, and vaccination centers.
- Collaborate with Strategic Planner, Activation team and MSL on strategic accounts (ePlus/VNVC, FPT Long Chau) planning and customer engagement initiatives nationwide and regionally.
- Ensure consistent and compliant communication across all customer touchpoints aligning with Takeda-ism.
- Commercial Performance Excellence: Execute excellent commercial engagement activities per Joint Corporation Plan; provide HCPs and hospital/vaccination center decision makers with timely and accurate product data and handle objections.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functions to provide timely information to customersβ queries about product data, evidence, supply and demand, scientific engagement activities, and PV matters.
- Provide field force leaders with accurate monthly forecasts of in-market sales and in-arm data.
- Collect e-consent of HCPs for omnichannel engagement activities.
- Manage tenders of public customers in the assigned territory; ensure zero non-compliance for all activities and materials in execution.
- Market Intelligence & Business Insights: Stay informed on market trends, regulations, customer and market insights, and territory performance; provide timely feedback to field force leaders, Marketing and Medical teams to inform brand planning and JCP.
- AI & Digital Competency Requirements: Demonstrate capabilities in leveraging digital tools and AI-driven insights to enhance performance and decision-making; AI awareness and adaptability; customer engagement via digital channels; experience with digital platforms such as Veeva CRM, Power BI or similar tools; comfortable with automated reporting and digital engagement platforms.
