KAM Retail (Farma)

El KAM Retail será responsable de liderar la relación estratégica con las cuentas clave del canal retail, asegurando el crecimiento sostenible del negocio, la maximización de la participación de mercado y la implementación de planes comerciales alineados con los objetivos corporativos de la compañía farmacéutica. Responsabilidades: Gestión Estratégica de Cuentas: Desarrollar e implementar planes de negocio para cuentas clave del canal retail. Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y diseñar estrategias de penetración y expansión. Negociar acuerdos comerciales, condiciones de servicio y planes promocionales con clientes estratégicos. Relación con Clientes Clave: Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con tomadores de decisión en cadenas de farmacias, supermercados y distribuidores. Actuar como punto de contacto principal, garantizando una comunicación fluida y proactiva. Análisis y Planeación: Monitorear indicadores de desempeño (ventas, participación de mercado, rentabilidad). Analizar tendencias del mercado retail y comportamiento del consumidor para ajustar estrategias. Elaborar reportes de resultados y proyecciones para la dirección comercial. Ejecución Comercial: Coordinar con equipos internos (marketing, trade, supply chain) para asegurar la correcta implementación de iniciativas en punto de venta. Supervisar la ejecución de promociones, lanzamientos de producto y actividades de trade marketing. Innovación y Desarrollo: Proponer iniciativas que fortalezcan la presencia de la compañía en el canal retail. Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y canales emergentes. Experiencia, Educación y Competencias: Título Universitario Experiencia mínima de 3 años en gestión de cuentas clave dentro del sector farmacéutico y consumo masivo. Conocimiento profundo del canal retail y dinámicas de negociación con grandes cadenas Alta participación con áreas internas y responsabilidad de las cuentas: Orientación a resultados, liderazgo y capacidad de influencia. Habilidades analíticas, de planeación estratégica y negociación.
