Junior Officer Leadership Program

Role: Junior Officer in a two-year leadership development program designed for military officers transitioning to corporate roles within GE HealthCare. Objectives: develop leadership skills, business acumen, and functional expertise through three rotational assignments across different business areas. Responsibilities: complete rotations; participate in seminars; undertake finance and functional training; fulfill administrative and compliance requirements aligned with quality and regulatory standards. Qualifications: commissioned military officer with ≥4 years of service, honorable discharge, bachelor’s degree, and ≤1.5 years since active duty (waivable if pursuing higher education); proficient in Microsoft Office; effective communicator with strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills. Preferred: engineering or related technical degrees, proven military success, leadership ability, adaptability, maturity, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
