Junior Officer Leadership Program

Role: Participate in GE HealthCare's Junior Officer Leadership Program, a two-year rotational development initiative aimed at emerging leaders with military backgrounds. Responsibilities: Complete three eight-month rotations across different business functions, attend seminars, and undertake finance and functional skills training; fulfill administrative and compliance requirements. Qualifications: Commissioned military officer with at least 4 years of service, honorable discharge, Bachelor's degree, and up to 1.5 years post-active duty (waivable). Skills: Effective communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred: Engineering, Finance, Business, or HR degrees; proven military leadership; strong problem-solving and adaptability; excellent communication skills.
