POSITION SUMMARY Administrational support for Finance Team and general assistance for the Budapest Office Staff Assist in the preparation of all of administration and tax reporting tasks appears at Accounting/ Taxation/ Finance area of CTHC-HU Participating in and contributing to audits, projects Demonstrates basic competency for troubleshooting and problem solving. 2. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – Business Administration Manage and filing official documents (RFPs/RFAs, invoices, etc.). Assist various administrative tasks in day-to-day operations Perform Admin Tasks in harmony with HQ Management Support team. – Accounting Co-operate and coordinate financial tasks in harmony with HQ Accounting team Participate in monthly closings of the financial statements (under IFRS) and Report to HQ. Preparation of electronic RFA-s and RFP-s to daily work and to payments Prepare reconciliations and substantiation documentation for various key accounts Support audit work, preparation of necessary documents Book-keeping in MS AX. Participation in closing processes such as preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, fluctuation analyses across various accounting functions (accounts receivable, accounts payables, prepayments, fixed assets and other) – Taxation Support the preparation of the CIT, LBT and Innovation Tax etc. by Hungarian and EU Tax Laws Support the preparation of the VAT by Hungarian Tax Law and EU Tax Law. Book tax related journal entries 3. WORK EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting 4. SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian High Attention to detail and accuracy essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office ERP knowledge preferred 5. EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Finance/Business Administration is preferred 6.
