POSITION SUMMARY Human Resources Analyst who will support daily HR routines working on the following fronts: Recruitment and Selection, Human Resources Department, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Benefits, Compensation and Organizational Development. 2. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Check documents in the hiring process Register new hires in the BSP payroll system Support in employee working hours system Support in requests for Meal Vouchers and Transportation Vouchers Support in inclusions and exclusions for Health Insurance Request for occupational exams: admission, dismissal and periodic Prepare payment requests related to the HR department in company's internal system (Groupware). Support in vehicle fleet management. Draft letters and statements Organize Human Resources files 3. WORK EXPERIENCE At least 2 years’ experience in Human Resources are required. Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred. 4. SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS Intermediate English Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel 5.EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, economics or related. 6.CORE COMPETENCES Organization, punctuality in deliveries and analytical profile.
