Position Summary
The Joint Restoration Territory Manager is the business leader for the Seattle South territory, driving commercial growth, expanding surgeon adoption, and increasing MACI procedural volume.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to expand MACI utilization and increase procedural volume.
- Identify, prioritize, and convert new business opportunities; strengthen existing relationships.
- Build long-term partnerships with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, hospital leadership, and healthcare providers.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to drive targeted growth strategies.
- Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives.
- Educate physicians and operating room personnel on MACIβs clinical and economic value; provide technical/procedural support.
- Serve as a trusted clinical and business resource; partner with reimbursement and market access teams to support patient access.
- Lead strategic account development: create account plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, and represent the company at conferences/events.
- Drive commercial excellence using CRM, analytics, forecasting, and territory documentation.
Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelorβs degree (Business/Life Sciences/Healthcare or related) preferred.
- 3+ years medical device/surgical/orthopedic/sports medicine/healthcare sales, or 8β10 years consultative sales success.
- Proven achievement of sales objectives; strategic relationship-building.
- Strong understanding of hospital/OR environments and healthcare decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Strong planning/organization/territory management; independent work with cross-functional collaboration.
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
Preferred
- Orthopedic/sports medicine/biologics/regenerative medicine/surgical implant experience.
- Operating room procedure support experience.
- Buy-and-bill or specialty reimbursement experience.
Compensation
Incentive-based sales role with expected total cash compensation: $150,000β$195,000; base salary: $80,000β$95,000.
