JJT TPO ERP Master Data Manager

Role: Lead the global design, validation, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA master data capabilities for Johnson & Johnson's Pharm Transcend program, focusing on standardization and strategic data solutions within ERP systems. Responsibilities: oversee data governance, develop data standards for master data domains (material, customer, vendor, production, assets), lead solution design and data migration efforts, ensure compliance and quality, and manage cross-functional teams across regions. Collaborate closely with business process owners, IT partners, and vendors to align data strategies with business needs; drive continuous improvement in data platform reliability and deployment efficiency. Requirements: bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years in ERP data management, SAP S/4HANA expertise, strong knowledge of supply chain and finance processes, experience leading global data migration and system implementations, with familiarity in GxP and SOX compliance. Preferred skills include project management, process standardization, and agile methodologies. High-value specifics: focuses on Pharma supply chain data, SAP S/4HANA, data migration, master data governance, and global deployment within a complex biopharma environment. Leadership responsibilities include managing international teams and coordinating cross-regional implementation efforts.
