JJT TPO ERP Master Data Manager

Role: Lead the global ERP Master Data strategy for Johnson & Johnson's Pharm Transcend program, focusing on SAP S/4HANA capabilities and data standardization. Responsibilities: design, validate, and deliver master data solutions across Supply Chain and Finance domains; govern data standards for Material, Customer, Vendor, Asset, and Production Masters; oversee data migration, integration, and compliance activities; manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement; drive process standardization and continuous improvement. Requirements: bachelor's degree; 6+ years in ERP data management, with deep SAP S/4HANA, MDG, and data migration expertise; strong knowledge of supply chain processes (OTC, Make, Logistics, Finance); experience in global data standardization and digital transformation initiatives; familiarity with GxP and SOX compliance; proven leadership in cross-regional projects within a biopharma or large-scale manufacturing environment. Preferred: experience with scaled Agile, process automation, and data governance frameworks.
