Role Summary

JJT Product Senior Manager & Site JJT Leader at Vision Care Jacksonville, Jacksonville, Florida. Lead digital transformation and product strategy for the manufacturing site, define vision and priorities, and manage delivery of technical features and enhancements aligned with JJT MAKE and MedTech strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Define, develop, and execute the manufacturing plant Ecosystem product roadmap to enable harmonization and standardization of business processes and technology solutions.
  • Shape the squad vision/roadmap and steer the squad in delivering product/features/work aligned with business impact.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs, gather requirements, and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize product backlogs with the Business Product Owner (BPO) and manage releases to deliver value effectively.
  • Prioritize features based on business value to improve return on investment.
  • Ensure local products are mapped to standard product categories to drive value through standardization and optimization.
  • Ensure products/features meet security, privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor and report on product performance metrics and user feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of supported business areas, including strategies, environment, processes, and dynamics.
  • Drive continuous process improvement at the site, focusing on technology and processes.
  • Drive technology cost optimization in partnership with TS and TS finance.
  • Act as Single Point of Contact for Site Finance to ensure proper budgeting for technology plant costs.
  • Lead and develop the area team, setting performance goals and supporting career growth and succession planning.
  • Partner with Make & Deliver Manufacturing Labs Logistic (MLL) Technology Service Delivery Leads for strategic alignment of infrastructure & products ALM/TLM roadmap.
  • Communicate effectively with Site/Campus LT and cross-functional teams at various levels.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and security standards.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree (preferably Computer Science and Technology or related field).
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in supply chain and/or manufacturing technology.
  • Proven abilities in management (supervisor, project coordinator, etc.).
  • Experience with GxP requirements and regulations.
  • Experience in IT product management, design, and deployment of major IT capabilities (e.g., manufacturing/shop floor systems).
  • Experience in Agile/JIRA/SDLC project execution (preferred).
  • Understanding of product lifecycle management (preferred).
  • Experience in lean, Six Sigma, and business process mapping (preferred).
