ITOT Engineer

Role: ITOT Engineer supporting manufacturing control systems in a 24/7 biopharma production facility. Responsibilities: maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize ITOT systems including PLCs, HMIs, EMS, BMS, and control applications; assist with IT/OT infrastructure (servers, networks); support CSV activities and GMP documentation; participate in compliance audits; contribute to system investigations and continuous improvement initiatives; support digital transformation projects such as AI, automation, and robotics; assist with CAPEX projects for new production lines; provide on-call support to ensure continuous operations. Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; 2–3 years' experience with manufacturing control systems (PLC/DCS), familiarity with GMP/regulatory compliance; proficiency with PLC platforms (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), MES, EMS/BMS, and industrial networking; understanding of CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, change control, CAPA, and root cause analysis; effective cross-functional communication skills.
