IT Systems Integration Specialist I

Role: IT Systems Integration Specialist I supporting laboratory operations at Labcorp's Raritan, NJ site. Objectives: provide technical support and system implementation for lab systems and infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity. Responsibilities: act as liaison between lab and IT teams, support system setup, testing, and troubleshooting, coordinate with vendors and internal teams on installations and upgrades, perform preventative maintenance, manage user access, and assist with asset management. Requirements: Associate's Degree; 1+ years' experience in laboratory and IT support roles; strong customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree; 3+ years' experience with LIS or lab instrument interfaces, network configuration, and asset management; IT certifications (A+, Network+, Security+); prior Labcorp experience. High-Value: laboratory IT support, interface system management, lab connectivity, system validation, support for lab instruments and connectivity, HIPAA and cybersecurity compliance, second shift hours (3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. EST), flexibility for off-hours support.
