IT Systems & Cloud Administrator

Role: Manage and secure hybrid infrastructure including on-premise systems and cloud platforms (Azure and AWS), supporting biopharma IT needs such as AI/ML infrastructure. Responsibilities: oversee system performance, security, backups, disaster recovery, and system upgrades; monitor health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud integration; support emerging AI/ML cloud services; enforce security policies, manage access controls, and ensure compliance; participate in cloud migrations and infrastructure projects; support Microsoft 365 and enterprise apps; develop documentation and SOPs. Requirements: Bachelor's in Information Systems or related field; 3-5+ years in Systems Administration within hybrid environments; strong experience with Windows Server, Azure (Entra ID, VMs, security tools), AWS (IAM, EC2, S3, VPC), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and troubleshooting skills; experience with monitoring tools like Splunk; familiarity with Linux and AI/ML cloud services is a plus; certifications (Azure, AWS) are beneficial.
