IT Site Infrastructure Manager

Role: IT Site Infrastructure Manager supporting Manufacturing & Technical Operations at Alcon's Johns Creek, GA site, responsible for lifecycle management of local IT infrastructure to ensure stable, high-availability services supporting manufacturing, distribution, R&D, and admin functions. Responsibilities: oversee data center, network, cybersecurity, server, backup, and print management; collaborate with global IT and site stakeholders for requirements, planning, and improvements; serve as escalation point for incidents; ensure security compliance, and mentor support teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5+ years relevant experience; strong technical skills supporting large Windows environments, complex networks, on-site data centers, cybersecurity, and cloud platforms; experience with manufacturing IT/OT, GxP, and regulatory compliance preferred. High-Value: supporting a 24/7 high-volume manufacturing site, with experience in medical device/pharmaceutical settings; supporting MES, SCADA, PLCs, and OT systems; strong vendor and stakeholder management skills; onsite work with no travel.
