IT Services Analyst

Role: IT Services Analyst supporting Revance’s IT operations with a focus on user support and infrastructure maintenance. Responsibilities: manage and resolve support requests, set up and upgrade hardware/software, troubleshoot network/Internet/remote access issues, and maintain workstations. Provide after-hours support as needed and assist with project tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years or equivalent experience in IT support; strong PC and client-server environment knowledge; excellent communication and organizational skills; proven problem-solving abilities; detail-oriented; ability to learn new software quickly. High-Value: support of enterprise IT infrastructure, including client/server, VPN, VOIP; experience in a growing, fast-paced environment; background in hardware/software maintenance and troubleshooting. Work Setup: On-site in Nashville, TN, with the potential for after-hours support.
