Position Overview
- Serve as subject matter expert for Indivior’s Human Resources applications, especially Workday, across design, build, and run.
- Oversee day-to-day Workday service delivery, including incident management and vendor performance; ensure issues are escalated appropriately and align with policies/SOPs.

Responsibilities
- Shape the HR applications roadmap; contribute to IT/Business Applications roadmap and deliver continuous improvement.
- Manage Workday incidents/service requests; review incident metrics for trends and improvements.
- Provide HR application administration and process updates; support payroll across Workday and ADP.
- Execute IT and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls; support Workday release management.
- Provide SME across design/build/run; act as primary point of contact for outsourced support vendors.
- Mature and review IT governance/procedure documentation.
- Partner with HR to improve self-service, best practices, and support end users/super users; support training.
- Translate business requirements into functional/technical solutions; address risks/issues/decisions.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or IT.
- 5+ years application management with strong HR systems exposure.
- Experience with Windows, MS Office, Workday, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors.
- Working knowledge of Workday modules (Core HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Talent, Absence Management preferred).
- 3+ years coordinating outsourced application support providers.
- Governance, business process improvement, system design, documentation, and testing.
- Experience creating training materials; strong communication/collaboration; problem solving.
