Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, organize, and oversee IT/OT projects.
- Support and configure software and hardware to ensure operations and compliance with regulatory, safety, cybersecurity, business continuity, and financial requirements.
- Ensure manufacturing and lab solutions align with GAHM IT standards and strategy.
- Drive user-centric outcomes in daily operations and projects, including training and communications.
- Develop domain expertise in Manufacturing and Quality business processes, systems, and data.
- Apply systems life cycle and IT processes/methods to deliver process integration solutions.
- Ensure operational stability, maintenance, performance, and compliance of products/applications in production.
- Act as site Data Steward; maintain manufacturing and lab systems in the site Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma.
- 3+ years progressive experience in Information and/or Operational Technology.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM): Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs.
- Strong business acumen and rapport with peers/executives.
- Ability to think out of the box.
- Organizational savvy and relationship management across expertise, geography, and culture.
- Openness to listening, identifying pain points, and fostering collaboration.
- Interest in Manufacturing Shop Floor modernization/digitization (e.g., IoT).
- Interest in integration and management of Manufacturing Systems in biopharma.

Preferred:
- Project management experience.
- Situational analysis and decision-making.
- Experience engaging equipment vendors/third-party integrators.
- Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) experience.
- GxP-regulated environment experience.
- Computer networking knowledge (e.g., VLANs, Firewall rules, Perdue Model).
