Responsibilities:
- Plan, monitor, organize, and oversee IT/OT projects.
- Support and configure software and hardware to meet regulatory, safety, cybersecurity, business continuity, and financial requirements.
- Ensure manufacturing and lab solutions align with GAHM IT standards and strategy.
- Deliver user-centric outcomes, including training and communication for system use.
- Build domain expertise in Manufacturing and Quality processes, systems, and data.
- Use standard systems lifecycle and IT processes to deliver process integration solutions.
- Ensure operational stability, maintenance, performance, and compliance of production products/applications.
- Act as site Data Steward; maintain manufacturing and lab systems in the site CMDB.
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
Required Experience:
- 3+ years progressive experience in Information and/or Operational Technology.
- Knowledge of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management).
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology.
- Strong business acumen and rapport with peers/executives.
- Out-of-the-box problem solving.
- Organizational savvy; manage relationships across expertise, geography, and culture.
- Listen for pain points; embrace new ideas and evidence; collaborative mindset.
- Interested in Manufacturing Shop Floor modernization/digitization (e.g., IoT).
- Interested in integration and management of manufacturing systems in biopharma.
Preferred Experience:
- Project management; situational analysis/decision-making.
- Engage equipment vendors and third-party integrators.
- SDLC experience.
- GxP-regulated environment implementation.
- IT: networking, VLANs, firewall rules.
- OT: historians, MES, SCADA, PLCs, Purdue Model.
