IT Lab and GxP Systems Support Co-op (Spring 2026)

Role Summary

IT Lab and GxP Systems Support Co-op to join Wave Life Sciences' Co-Op Program. Gain hands-on experience supporting IT systems in a regulated laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for laboratory and GxP-regulated systems, contributing to ongoing Wave IT projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT Technical Specialists, Business Analysts, and the broader IT Operations team to deliver effective technical solutions.
• Manage and resolve support tickets using the FreshService platform, ensuring accurate documentation for knowledge sharing.
• Receive hands-on training, mentorship, and guidance from senior IT team members to support learning and professional development.
• Communicate effectively with lab users, IT team members, and mentors regarding task progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Base (KB) articles to support system upkeep and user education.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Learn and apply best practices for supporting systems in a regulated (GxP) environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor‚Äôs or master‚Äôs degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field at an accredited college or university.
• Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Highly organized with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
