IT Infrastructure Analyst, Manufacturing

Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and coordinate Infrastructure operations, systems, and technology (servers, storage, networks, manufacturing end points) and related site initiatives.
- Determine team critical success factors and own delivery actions required by self and delivery partners.
- Establish and maintain relationships across the organization; understand client business needs and requirements.
- Partner with Global and Business IT to recommend and implement local site technologies/strategies; coordinate with managed service partners and global peers to ensure infrastructure changes, requests, and incidents follow BTS Infrastructure policies/standards.
- Negotiate, secure, oversee, and ensure resources are available for daily site operational demands.
- Coordinate resources, set expectations, communicate with stakeholders, and deliver to meet business needs.
- Ensure IT compliance and adherence to applicable internal/external regulations for Infrastructure Operations (CCF, servers, storage).
- Maintain site metrics for operational support and infrastructure health; develop continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage audit preparation, participation/representation, and audit responses for GXP areas under BTS Infrastructure operations.
- Coordinate local infrastructure operations projects, maintenance contracts, and expenses within budget; manage and maintain accurate asset inventory (CCF, servers, storage) per Finance and BTS standards/policies.
- Ensure issues and requests assigned to the infrastructure operations team are resolved timely per BTS Infrastructure Services metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree + 6 years technical experience, or Masterโs degree + 5 years technical experience.
- Infrastructure design and security hardening knowledge.
- Project management skills.
- Supervisory skills (1โ3 years).
- Experience administering servers and storage environments.
- Knowledge of qualification of computerized systems (servers, PCs, printers, etc.).
- Hardware/OS skills (PCs, MS Office, Windows, VMware).
- Administration and management of network devices (Cisco, Palo Alto).
- Best practices for a safe and controlled environment.
- Clear interpersonal communication plus proofreading, editing, and formatting skills.
- Preferred: Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
