The Position (Onsite, West Lebanon, NH | Mon–Fri): Performs design, installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of network, security systems, servers, desktops, VoIP phones, AV systems, and server rooms (including the Manufacture network and other manufacturing systems). Provides Tier 2 and 3 support, technical recommendations/direction, and coordinates IT network/infrastructure and specialized manufacturing system projects.
Essential Functions
- IT Infrastructure (GxP and non-GxP): Own IT Operations service delivery and Incident Management as site SPOC; maintain infrastructure and coordinate with IT/OT and QA SMEs; manage IT services to SLA/contracts with annual evaluations; partner with IT Security to implement controls for business continuity; train stakeholders.
- Tier 2/3 IT Support (project support): Document/track incidents; analyze complex systems and implement solutions (servers, printers, telephony, LAN/WAN); design/support/troubleshoot network communications (data/voice); administer Active Directory, Windows, Linux, VMware, and other servers/platforms; lead project teams as work package owner; provide Tier 1 hands-on support as needed.
- GxP/QA & Validation SME: Maintain qualified GxP IT infrastructure; support documentation/test execution; maintain configuration management with annual reviews; support Inspection Readiness in IT.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; 4+ years related IT experience.
- Preferred: MS/MBA; technical industry certifications; 1–3 years Cisco network admin; 1–3 years VMware virtual infrastructure admin; biotech/pharma experience.
Skills/Knowledge
- Strong LAN/WAN and server administration; virtualization proficiency; network development/administration with 200+ clients; disciplined, data-driven problem solving; adaptability and self-driven improvement/innovation.
