IT G&A Business Specialist

Role: IT G&A Business Analyst supporting Rhythm's Legal, HR, and Procurement systems, ensuring stable, compliant, and scalable technology solutions. Responsibilities: gather business and technical requirements, coordinate with external partners, support HCP engagement and compliance activities, lead testing and documentation, and contribute to process improvement and change management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership, managing support issues and influencing IT strategies to enable business growth. Requirements: Bachelor's in computer science or related field; 5+ years supporting G&A applications like IronClad, Coupa, MediSpend, or similar; experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred. Skills: proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with Smartsheet/MS Project, strong analytical and communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask independently. High-Value: supporting enterprise applications in a biopharma environment, with a focus on compliance, global support, and technology for G&A functions. Work Setup: hybrid Boston; candidates must be able to work in the Boston office. Salary range: $110,000-$165,000 plus potential bonuses.
