IT Engineer II

Role: IT Support Engineer responsible for end user and platform technical support within Generate Biomedicines' dynamic environment. Objectives include troubleshooting, maintenance, configuration management, and supporting lab and office hardware and software. Responsibilities encompass incident triage, collaboration across technical and scientific teams, asset management, hardware imaging and deployment, and process documentation. Requirements: 4+ years IT experience with 2+ years in Tier 1/2 support, scripting skills, ITSM ticketing, understanding of directory services, networking, and troubleshooting Windows/Mac OS, Entra, and Active Directory. Preferred: degrees in tech/security, relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, CompTIA, Cisco, Apple, ITIL), and prior experience in lab/scientific or regulated environments.
