IT Director, Development Business Partner

Role: Senior IT Development Business Partner supporting Kymera's clinical-stage biotech operations through Phase 3 trials, NDA submission, and commercialization. Responsibilities: define and execute technology strategy across development functions, lead implementation of validated systems (e.g., Veeva Vault QMS, eTMF, CTMS), foster stakeholder relationships with Clinical Ops, Quality, Biometrics, Regulatory, and Data Management, and identify AI-enabled opportunities. Requirements: 12+ years supporting development in biotech/pharma, hands-on experience with Veeva Vault and GxP systems, familiarity with clinical data standards, and understanding of regulatory submissions. Preferred: advanced degree in life sciences or tech, experience with statistical computing environments (SAS), and a strong interest in AI. High-Value: supporting development from early phases through NDA, emphasis on validated systems, GxP compliance, clinical trial processes, and data integration. Collaboration: partnering with cross-functional scientific and operational teams, managing vendors.
