IT Business Management Analyst III

Role: IT Finance Business Analyst III supporting 3M's IT Business Management framework by aligning IT financials with business objectives. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining budgets, forecasts, long-term financial plans, monitoring IT operating and capital expenditures, supporting cost allocation models, preparing financial reports, and aiding in vendor contract analysis and business case development for IT initiatives. The role involves financial modeling and scenario analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, at least five years of finance or accounting experience in private, public, government, or military sectors, with proficiency in financial tools such as Excel, SAP, or Oracle Financials. Preferred skills include experience in IT finance, a solid understanding of CapEx vs OpEx, analytical and communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
