IT Business Analyst - G&A

Role: IT Business Analyst for G&A supporting corporate software systems at a biopharma oncology company, with a focus on HR, Finance, and Legal tools. Responsibilities: maintain and optimize core applications (NetSuite ERP, Coupa, Agiloft), troubleshoot issues, document business processes, develop reports/dashboards, support reporting cycles and audits, facilitate system implementations and updates, develop training materials, ensure compliance with IT and regulatory policies including SOX ITGC, and serve as a liaison between business and technical teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; 2+ years supporting enterprise applications in G&A environments; hands-on experience with ERP (preferably NetSuite), HRIS, P2P, and CLM systems; strong Excel/SQL/data query skills; understanding of SOX ITGC, SOD, and audit processes; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to operate in a fast-paced biotech setting.
