IT Analyst

Role: Infrastructure IT Analyst supporting platform administration of Nexthink to monitor and improve endpoint security and operational health. Responsibilities: manage Nexthink platform health, deploy collectors, support automation development, maintain dashboards, and ensure compliance with IT standards, security, and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's in IT or related field with 3+ years of IT experience in manufacturing or similar environments; alternatively, 6+ years with a high school diploma. Preferred: experience with Nexthink or telemetry tools, troubleshooting Microsoft PCs, and networking security.
