ISS Product Integrations Leader

Role: ISS Product Integrations Leader responsible for integrating Alcon products into the Intelligent Service Solutions ecosystem, ensuring connectivity, interoperability, onboarding, launch readiness, and technical transfer. Responsibilities: define and manage connectivity requirements, collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Support teams; lead product onboarding for AVS Devices; develop and deliver launch readiness packages; coordinate technical transfers and change management; support service validation, investigation, and continuous improvement activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience; strong technical background in connectivity, medical device software, and healthcare interoperability standards (DICOM, HL7, FHIR); experience in regulated medical device environments; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred: degrees in Software or Biomedical Engineering, experience with ISS and AVS ecosystems, cloud-to-device communication, IoT connectivity, and global cross-functional leadership.
