Role Summary
Johnson & Johnson Information Security & Risk Management is recruiting for a Cybersecurity Data & AI GEM Fellow, working remotely or located in Raritan, NJ. The role involves designing analytics and automation data products to support risk management and mitigate security risk. As a member of the Cybersecurity Data Science, Analytics, and Automation team, you will collaborate with multiple customers and product owners to develop analytics/automation data products to facilitate risk management and data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop visual analytics dashboards to provide insights for security and risk products and business processes.
- Collaborate with customers/product owners across ISRM to define requirements for data analytics products.
- Engineer and develop automated data pipelines and data models.
- Perform ad-hoc exploratory data analysis to identify patterns/behaviors across products and business processes.
Qualifications
- Required: Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau, Python, R, and SQL.
- Required: Exhibit intellectual curiosity to assess new technologies and understand the security implications.
- Required: Must excel in an environment that allows you to challenge yourself and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
- Required: Must have strong interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: The ability to think critically, analyze and decompose complex systems/processes/controls to identify risk.
- Preferred: Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
Education
- Bachelor's degree required.
