Tasks and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members across sites and business functions on best practices, continuous improvement opportunities and production challenges
• Demonstrate understanding and expertise of pesticide related programs
• Operate and train others on agricultural equipment
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and maintenance on field equipment
• Execute pesticide applications safely
• Manage product inventory
• Collect and maintain field notes
• Support all aspects of production

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs
• Valid Hawaii Department of Agriculture Private Pesticide Applicator's license
• Strong communication skills
• Computer proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Agronomy or related field
• Eight years of relevant experience
• Experience with precision agriculture
• Knowledge of Integrated Pest Management practices

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $76,133.60 to $114,200.40

Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave
