IOP Phlebotomist

Role: This job is for a phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and providing customer service in a healthcare setting. Objectives include accurate specimen collection across age groups, data entry, specimen preparation, and administrative duties. Responsibilities also involve traveling to additional sites when necessary. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; certification or training in phlebotomy, with 1+ years of experience preferred; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and reliably transport to sites. High-Value: Focus on specimen collection and processing in a clinical lab environment; may include work in patient service centers or client offices; requires COVID-19 vaccination; involves routine blood collection, specimen handling, and data management. Collaboration: Works closely with patients and healthcare staff; may travel to different sites. WorkSetup: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with potential overtime; location flexible to onsite or client sites; travel as needed.
