IOP Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and patient service in a clinical setting. Objectives include providing accurate specimen collection across all ages, ensuring specimen integrity, and delivering exceptional customer care. Responsibilities encompass venipuncture, specimen handling, data entry, billing, and administrative duties, with travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; phlebotomy certification or relevant training; 3+ months experience preferred, with 1+ year experience ideal. Qualifications include strong communication, customer service skills, ability to work independently, and reliable transportation.
