IOP Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood and specimen collection services within diagnostic or clinical settings. Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen processing, data entry, billing, and customer service, with potential travel to additional sites. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; phlebotomy certification or 3+ months experience; proven customer service skills; ability to work independently; reliable transportation; flexibility to work overtime; pass color blindness test. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience. High-Value: Clinical specimen collection, patient interaction, data management, compliance with health and safety standards; work in a clinical or patient service environment; potential involvement with lab diagnostics or testing processes. Work setup: On-site in Covington LA with possible travel; full vaccination against COVID-19 required.
