What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute robust supply plans for Pendulum including data aggregation, analysis, strategy alignment, through PO submission. Lead the development and execution of robust supply plans that strategically balance demand forecasts with available capacity and inventory, ultimately optimizing service levels and minimizing costs.
- Optimize inventory replenishment. Determine, execute, and continuously improve inventory replenishment strategies, ensuring timely processing of purchase orders and proactively identifying opportunities for cost savings and working capital efficiency. Prepare and routinely update forecasts to share with external partners.
- PlayΒ key role in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Execution (S&OE) processes, preparing comprehensive supply review inputs, identifying key decisions, and influencing cross-functional alignment across sales, marketing, operations, and finance.
- Conduct in-depth inventory analysis and reporting. Perform routine and comprehensive scenario plans and prepare detailed reports and data to enable revenue strategy.
- Lead comprehensive inventory management. Oversee the inventory of all finished goods and components across our warehouse network, ensuring optimal availability to meet sales and operational demands across all customer channels (D2C, B2B).
- Drive strategic inventory allocation. Independently manage and refine inventory allocation strategies across diverse distribution centers and customer channels, meticulously executing or delegating all necessary system transactions for transfers, adjustments, and movements.Β
- Optimize and reconcile residual probiotic blend inventory post-production, based on vendor inventory reports. Proactively identify opportunities to strategically integrate residual inventory and ensure timely data cleanup to ensure inventory accuracy in financial reporting.
- Proactively communicate Low and Out of Stock events to stakeholders enabling appropriate actions to be taken cross-functionally to mitigate lost sales.
- Support implementation of supply chain management planning software. Develop requirements and support systems onboarding that align with broader supply chain objectives, enabling inventory optimization, ensuring successful integration, user adoption, and optimization of functionality.
- Establish and lead Excess and Obsolete (E&O) inventory management process for finished goods. Design and implement a structured, cross-functional E&O review process to minimize financial impact and optimize disposition strategies.
- Analyze complex supply chain data to identify trends, forecast accuracy issues, potential supply disruptions, and proactively develop effective mitigation plans. Provide weekly updates to the executive leadership team.
- Enhance supply planning efficiency. Identify, champion, and lead process improvements within the supply planning function, leveraging data, technology, and system capabilities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.

Knowledge Requirements:
- B.S. in a STEM or Quantitative discipline. Equivalent experience in supply chain analytics, supply planning, or operations modeling is highly preferred.
- B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Applied Statistics with a focus on optimization and operations modeling is highly preferred.
- 3-5 years inventory management or relevant supply chain (inventory planning, merchandise planning, procurement, analytics), project management or consulting experience
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead complex projects from initiation to successful completion
- Foundational ERP knowledge, experience with NetSuite highly preferred; proven ability to quickly learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; advanced math and Excel skills.Β Intermediate to advanced at building comprehensive models in gsheets to efficiently manage the day-to-day.
