Inventory Manager

Role: Inventory Manager overseeing inventory governance, control, compliance, and continuous improvement within pharmaceutical distribution operations in the US and Canada. Responsibilities include managing inventory accuracy and reconciliation across SAP, WMS, and third-party logistics providers, resolving discrepancies, supporting serialization and traceability, and ensuring regulatory compliance and SOX controls. Leads system implementation projects, including SAP S/4HANA and WMS integrations, and collaborates with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners. Conducts audits, manages cycle counts, and drives process improvements to enhance operational performance and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field; 6+ years experience in inventory management, preferably in regulated healthcare or biotech sectors; strong expertise in pharmaceutical distribution, GMP, GDP, DSCSA, SOX, SAP S/4HANA, WMS platforms, and BI tools. Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional projects, with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. High-value specifics include regulated distribution environment, focus on serialization and traceability, and tech-driven process optimization. Work setup: Based in Bridgewater, NJ, with responsibilities across North America.
