Inventory Control Specialist II

Role: Inventory Controls Specialist II supporting supply chain operations at Quanterix's Billerica warehouse. Responsibilities: execute daily receiving, inventory control, material staging, storage activities; ensure inventory accuracy, adherence to FIFO, and compliance with quality/regulatory standards; conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, support inventory audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, and Logistics. Requirements: high school diploma; at least 2 years relevant inventory or warehouse experience; strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Preferred: additional education in supply chain or biotech environment; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), lab reagents, and regulated settings; proficiency in Microsoft Office. High-value biopharma specifics: work in a regulated, life sciences environment supporting biotech manufacturing, with emphasis on inventory integrity, compliance, and operational excellence within an ultra-sensitive biomarker detection platform. Work setup: onsite in Billerica, MA; minimal travel; able to handle warehouse materials and follow safety protocols.
