Role: Support innovation initiatives within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Health organization by assisting Discovery and Delivery teams in clinical research innovation projects. Responsibilities: conduct research on emerging healthcare technologies and trends, support market landscaping and solution scouting, aid in identifying unmet clinical development needs, participate in pilot projects for new operational approaches, and contribute to cross-functional collaborations across clinical development, data science, and external partners.
