Role: Support innovation in clinical research within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Health organization through a co-op position. Objectives include aiding discovery and delivery functions by researching emerging trends, evaluating new technologies, and supporting pilot projects to improve patient, site, and trial experiences. Responsibilities encompass conducting market landscaping, capturing unmet needs, assisting with project planning, data analysis, and preparing reports. Collaborate across clinical development, data science, digital tech, and external vendors, contributing to strategic initiatives that embed operational innovations into R&D. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, PharmD, PhD, MD, or similar in life sciences, biomedical sciences, public health, or related fields, with strong academic performance, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or innovation preferred. High-value biopharma specifics include focus on clinical trial innovation, emerging technologies, and project support in a global, cross-functional setting. Remote work is permitted; location is flexible. The position reports to the Director of Novel Patient Recruitment, with engagement across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
