Role: Support innovation in clinical research within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Health organization through a co-op/internship. Primary objectives include researching emerging trends, technology scouting, and assisting in the development of new operational models to enhance patient, site, and trial experiences. Responsibilities span conducting market landscape analyses, supporting innovation demonstration projects, and contributing to strategic initiatives across discovery and delivery functions. The position involves cross-functional collaboration with teams across clinical development, data science, digital technology, and external vendors. Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, PharmD, PhD, MD, or related degree in life sciences, healthcare, or engineering; strong academic record; analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to work independently and in teams. Preferred qualifications include interest in healthcare innovation, clinical research, and technology.
