Role: Support the Innovative Health organization at Johnson & Johnson through a co-op position focused on advancing clinical research innovation. Objectives include identifying unmet needs, evaluating emerging technologies, and supporting demonstration projects to enhance patient, site, and trial experiences. Responsibilities: conduct research on industry trends, assist in market landscaping, support project planning and execution for innovation pilots, and collaborate across cross-functional teams including clinical development, data science, and external partners. Requirements: currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, PharmD, PhD, MD, or related degree in life sciences, healthcare, or technology; strong academic record; analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft tools; ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred qualifications include a demonstrated interest in healthcare innovation and clinical research.
