Role Summary

The Patient Access & Support Services (PASS) Program Support Intern will assist in the execution and optimization of PASS with the BMS product portfolios. This role supports cross-functional collaboration, operational coordination, and patient access initiatives to help ensure patients receive timely support for their treatment journey. The internship runs from June 1 to August 7, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations of patient support programs for assigned brands
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Analytics, Digital, Training) to align program needs
  • Assist in the development and review of patient access materials and training content
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to support program execution and updates
  • Help manage program documentation, timelines, and compliance with internal policies
  • Monitor program performance and support reporting efforts
  • Contribute to issue resolution and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

  • Required: All candidates must be authorized to work in the US both at the time of hire and for the duration of their employment. Please note that immigration or visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Required: Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Required: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Required: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Required: Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Preferred: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business or a related field (graduating Fall 2026 and beyond)
