Role: Associate Director, Integration Analyst Data, Digital & Technology at Takeda, serving as a key connector between business stakeholders, internal DD&T teams, and external vendors within the Oncology Business Unit (OBU). Responsibilities: define, govern, and enable vendor integrations supporting patient services, medical, and access functions; develop deep understanding of data flows, partner with Data COE and enterprise teams on data standards, and translate business needs into technical requirements; oversee end-to-end vendor data exchange, workflows, and system interoperability; lead requirements management through SDLC/Agile, support testing and validation, and optimize data flows for scalability. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related; 10+ years in data analysis or a related pharma/biotech field; expertise in enterprise data platforms, APIs, data modeling, and integration strategies; experience with healthcare data ecosystems, CRM platforms (Veeva, Salesforce LS), and Agile methodologies; strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: strategic thinking, problem-solving, project management, and leadership capabilities.
