Role: Instructional Designer/Developer specializing in medical imaging software training, responsible for creating comprehensive, multimodal educational programs to enhance clinician proficiency and internal skills. Responsibilities: design and develop engaging eLearning, asynchronous, and instructor-led training using tools like Articulate, Captivate, and Camtasia; collaborate with SMEs across molecular imaging, radiation oncology, and healthcare IT; produce curriculum aligned with adult learning principles; plan and execute projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and evaluate training effectiveness; coordinate logistics for global training delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Instructional Design or related field; 8+ years in instructional design/technical training; proficiency in eLearning tools and LMS platforms; strong communication skills; ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams, including in the U.S. Preferred: experience in healthcare OEM or medical imaging sectors, knowledge of healthcare compliance standards.
