Responsibilities encompass platform access and licensing management, request intake and triage, coordination with technical teams, and reporting on platform metrics. The role involves prioritizing requests, managing workload visibility, and overseeing both internal and contracted resources to maintain operational excellence. Qualifications require a bachelor’s degree or higher, with 6+ years in operations, platform administration, or program coordination within a matrixed organization, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or life sciences. Experience with platform governance, data platforms, and vendor management is preferred. The role demands strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with an emphasis on cross-functional collaboration across regions. High-value biopharma specifics include supporting Medical Insights functions, working with global teams, and managing an operational backbone that underpins scientific data and insights. The position is hybrid, based in the U.S., with regional location flexibility, requiring 2-3 days of onsite work per week. Travel is not specified beyond the hybrid work arrangement.
