Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, with 6+ years experience in operations, platform administration, or program coordination within a matrixed healthcare or biopharma environment. Skills: strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication abilities; experience managing vendor or contracted resources; familiarity with analytics platforms or data governance preferred.
