The Insights & Innovation Strategist will design, test, and support the implementation of portfolio-level analytics tools, AI/ML solutions, and workforce planning methods to accelerate trial delivery. They will build repeatable, scalable solutions adopted by TAIP Trial Delivery teams, translate business needs into impactful analytics deliverables, and contribute to the evolution of I&I's internal innovation model. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and life sciences experience.
