Role Summary

Inside Sales Representative II (ISR II) responsible for growing ANDA’s national pharmacy sales through outbound and inbound calls to sell ANDA products and services. Achieve assigned pharmacy sales goals and KPIs, add value to ANDA’s annual operating plan and market share, and use consultative, solution-focused selling to expand current customers and win new business. Specialties include vaccine, medical-surgical products, surgical supplies, generics, brands, veterinary meds, and consumer products.

Responsibilities

  • Initiates and answers inbound and/or outbound sales calls directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers with strong focus on new business development.
  • Accepts orders, closes sales, maintains customer records, and completes required documentation.
  • May have an assigned product line that may overlap other sales teams' territories.
  • May have an individual or team sales/KPI quota and is likely to have a target earnings bonus or sales incentive opportunity
  • Delivers differentiated value to customers through a growing understanding of the unique needs of customer segments and apply a sales execution model that is consultative and solution-focused.
  • Responsible for analyzing and executing customer program metrics.
  • Consistently demonstrates knowledge and expertise as it relates to industry standards and the growing marketplace changes.
  • Identifies growth opportunities within organization and customers business models.
  • Utilizes all analytic tools provided to them.
  • Highly Proficient in your assigned segment of Pharmaceutical Sales.
  • Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and state, federal and local laws with upholding company core values.
  • Continuously promotes, enhances and maximizes ANDA’s e-commerce capabilities.
  • Key stakeholder in market intelligence.
  • Assists Sales Managers achieve/exceed established daily and monthly productivity goals.
  • High Level of expertise in partnerships with focus on expansion of current program relationships.
  • Ability to work assigned projects and campaigns efficiently and with a high level of success.
  • Works well under minimum supervision.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven successful sales experience
  • Pharmaceutical/Medical/Healthcare experience preferred

Skills

  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of internal systems that include but are not limited to Remedy (CMR) and TPS
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint)
  • Has general awareness of business, financials, products/services and the market.
